TEMPLE, TEXAS - Global BioDiagnostics Corp. closed a Convertible Unsecured Note financing in the aggregate amount of $185,000. The financing was placed with members of the company's management, management's family, and an existing investor in the company, and will be used to pay for the prosecution of the company's patent portfolio internationally, as well as provide working capital to the company.
