GBD was founded to develop a breakthrough diagnostic technology platform that is giving rise to the opportunity for very sensitive and specific detection of β-lactamase producing bacteria.
We have three products currently in development that target detection of our first target bacteria family: Tuberculosis. The first two are targeted at improving the current world-wide difficulty in diagnosing tuberculosis. The third, an in vivo product, will allow researchers who are pursuing better TB pharmaceuticals to more quickly, effectively, and cheaply bring their pharmaceuticals to the market.
